Athlete Development Program

Our goal in the Athlete Development Program is to provide the foundations of athletic, basic sport skill development and to explore a wide range of sports. Our program is designed to implement the core elements of athletic development (balance, flexibility, agility, speed, stamina and co-ordination) and basic sport skill (kicking, striking, throwing, catching, jumping, running) into a variety of sports and games to develop physical literacy. Once a child has become physical literate they have the necessary tools to go into any sport and achieve success. This program strives for and pursues excellence in the Learning to Train stage of the Long Term Athlete Development Model of the young athlete, giving every athlete the opportunity to achieve their fullest potential while delivering an excellent foundation in the fundamentals of sport.
